- Add chopped onion, carrots, celery, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, beans, and mixed vegetables into the crockpot.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper evenly over the ingredients.

- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until vegetables are fork-tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.

Notes
For extra flavor, add bay leaf during cooking or blend one cup of the soup for a thicker texture. Use low-sodium broth to control salt levels.
