Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add ground chicken and break it apart with a spatula.
  5. Cook for 6–8 minutes until no pink remains.
  6. Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add soy sauce and bell peppers, cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Store in airtight container up to 4 days. Freeze up to 3 months. Reheat gently in skillet with splash of broth.
