Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add ground chicken and break it apart with a spatula.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes until no pink remains.
- Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add soy sauce and bell peppers, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Store in airtight container up to 4 days. Freeze up to 3 months. Reheat gently in skillet with splash of broth.
