- Stir in plant-based cream, shredded vegan cheddar, and vegan bacon bits.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on LOW to allow flavors to combine.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
Notes
For a deeper cheesy flavor, add 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. Let soup rest 5–10 minutes before serving for thicker texture.
